Laptop Wifi Card Not Working

Its happening abruptly not necessa. Following these steps, i added back the wifi power option in the power options scheme (apparently dell disables these settings before shipping), allowing me to grant the killer wifi card more power, taking effect after a reboot (which killer doesn't tell you to do, but is in fact necessary).
